Video: How to Deal With Feeling Guilty After Leaving a Toxic Relationship – #RECLAIMYOURBODY Pru’s Advice

leaving a toxic relationship

In this video I’m giving you some sisterly advice on how to deal with feeling guilt after leaving a toxic relationship. This can be any relationship, from friends to family, from lovers to colleagues.

Thank you for tuning in to this video. With my recent (mental and physical) health struggles (read more about that on my blog via the link below), I’ve started the #RECLAIMYOURBODY movement where I want to focus on helping as many people reclaiming their true self, their own bodies and mind while being on that journey myself.

While feeling so pressured and told to put up appearances and please others in the journey, I felt I was doing no one any good by not being true to myself. I went through surgery and promised myself to make it my mission to help as many people find some strength and solace in my stories and join me in the journey to reclaim their authentic, vulnerable and true self.

My plan is to dedicate this channel to answer your questions I get on Instagram (you can find the question boxes in my highlights called “#RECLAIMYOURBODY” on https://www.instagram.com/planetprudence or the “YouTube” highlight on https://www.instagram.com/reclaimyourbodymovement )

I’m not a doctor, but I feel like I’ve been through my own deal of pain and hardship to be able to give you some raw, honest, sisterly advice to help you along the way. I know how it feels to not be able to talk about your mental health struggles and not get taken seriously. So I hope this will help you feel understood, heard, less alone, and ready to take action and move forward.

I will post videos and dedicated blogposts on Monday and Friday answering your questions, so feel free to ask as many as you want. You can also use the comment sections of my videos or ask me questions here on my blog (you can comment anonymously on my blogposts as well)

This video is about how to address your mental health struggles to your friends and family and how you can start the conversation and who to talk to. Feel free to let me know if you have any more advice in the comments and I’m sure it will help people who stumble upon this video later as well.

I love you so much! I hope you enjoy this series.

xoxo

A letter to those people who decide on the jeans sizing

We are 2021 getting closer to 2022, tech is getting fancy, cars drive and park by themselves, it’s an AMAZING world we live in! THOUGH when shopping for pants or jeans, somehow I still can’t trust the sizing of them. I purchase jeans, then hope they last a long time, only to be devastated when they’re all worn out. And not because I liked them so much, no, because it’s hell to find new ones that fit as good as that rare one you found months or years ago.
