Your Vulva Ages as well!

There’s this extremely positive vibe going on where we are finally starting to embrace our aging process, even though in the back of our minds it’s still engrained to believe that we should try to keep it from happening, right? Do you also often get this inner dialogue of “aww my first crows feet” followed by “should I start using collagen masks?!” But then realisation hits that we should rock every age and just show up however we want? Yea, that’s where I’m at. I was scared to turn 30 for SO long, have seen those first little wrinkles appear and now I’m not even mad about them. They look quite cute.

But as we start to accept the bodily changes of hitting milestones, we aren’t talking about our vulva. I’m sure we all see changes and think of ourselves “this does not look like back when I was 20” and here’s why:

As the body gets older and estrogen levels decrease, the body loses fat and collagen and the result is that the skin and tissue of the vulva and labia becomes thinner and look less plump. This loss of fullness is completely normal. The labia may also become smaller and paler due to decreased blood flow to the area.

Love your body, embrace your skin and your vulva at any age! 🤩✨

I love you 💜

xoxo

10 signs you’re dealing with a narcissistic person - Detaching yourself from a narcissistic person is difficult, requires a lot of energy, standing your ground, keeping your boundaries and so much more, and it can still take ages and decades to be fully detached. Often being in the narcissist’s control is something that you didn’t see coming, never noticed happening and believe me, it’s something you couldn’t control either way.
